"I've been with Michael Grant State Farm for more than 14 years....and State Farm in total about 20. I've been assisted by several agents in this office due to the high turnover. I've been told that insurance is a tough business to understand. True or not.....knowledge of the business is key in order to follow up and follow thru. Just let me know you're still working on it......don't drop the ball and never pick it back up. Just as I was ready to pull my the account from that office to another....Kay answered the phone that day! From June 25th to July 3rd, questions were answered, quotes and documents were completed and delivered to all parties involved as promised. Kay not only saved the day....she was able to keep the account in that office. I hope she is there for longer than others have been. I understand that transferring business from one office to another is frowned upon.....and maybe a hassle for me too.....I just want better service and follow up. Kay provided me with that.
